Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan Collaborate on Film Production and Dubbing

Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan to Dub Films Into Local Languages

In an effort to strengthen cultural ties between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan, the two countries are planning to dub films into their respective languages. This initiative was recently discussed by the Director of the Cinematography Department under the Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan, Ulan Adamaliev, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to Kyrgyzstan, Hasan Ali Zaigham.

During the meeting, the officials exchanged views on the development of cooperation between the film industries of the two countries. They also explored opportunities for joint film production, dubbing of Kyrgyz and Pakistani films, and their subsequent release to audiences in both nations.

As part of the collaboration, it has been decided to organize Kyrgyz Cinema Days in Pakistan and Pakistani Cinema Days in Kyrgyzstan. This cultural exchange program aims to introduce audiences in both countries to a diverse range of films and promote cross-cultural understanding through the medium of cinema.

The agreement to dub films into local languages is seen as a positive step towards fostering closer ties between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan in the field of entertainment. It is hoped that this partnership will not only boost the film industries of both countries but also contribute to the enrichment of their respective cinematic landscapes.
