Throughout his career, Kaybaliev has served as the second and third secretary at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Malaysia, worked in various departments within the Ministry, and even held positions at Kyrgyzstan’s embassies in Qatar and Kazakhstan. His experience also includes advising on international organizations and security matters.

Fluent in the state and official languages, as well as English and Turkish, Kaybaliev holds the diplomatic rank of First-Class Counselor. His extensive background in international relations and diplomacy makes him a valuable asset to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
