Kyrgyzstan Education Ministry Plans to Launch Online School
The Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan is proposing the creation of an online school called Tunguch. A draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, approving the regulation for the online school, has been submitted for public discussion.
The purpose of the project is to ensure that the guaranteed constitutional right to receive basic general and secondary education is accessible to all. The goal is to make school education available to individuals who are physically unable to attend traditional schools in Kyrgyzstan, regardless of their location, physical limitations, or social status.

The regulation outlines the goals and objectives of the online school, the organization of the educational process, and the provision of free basic and secondary education. It also ensures access to educational materials, resources, and information systems for students and their parents/legal representatives, and puts in place a quality monitoring system for the educational services provided.
