Kyrgyzstan Joins “Victory 9/45” Project
Kyrgyzstan has officially joined the project titled “Victory 9/45,” which was initiated by the autonomous non-governmental organization Eurasia. The organizing committee in charge of preparing and conducting the “Victory 9/45” festival in the Kyrgyz Republic recently held its inaugural meeting.
Key figures present at the meeting included Boris Chernyshov, the Vice-Speaker of the Russian State Duma and chairman of the organizing committee for “Victory 9/45,” Defense Minister Baktybek Bekbolotov, Deputy Mayor of Bishkek Victoria Mozgacheva, among others.
Plans for the Victory Parade in Bishkek include the participation of military vehicles such as the iconic T-34 tank. The city’s landmarks will be transformed to accommodate thematic and interactive zones. On Victory Day, visitors can expect field kitchens and post offices, an exhibition featuring artifacts from the Great Patriotic War, museums showcasing retro equipment and military uniforms, as well as a photo studio capturing the essence of the 1940s.
Eurasia has extended invitations to countries like Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Serbia, Slovakia, and Uzbekistan to participate in the project. Additionally, any nation interested in joining the movement is welcome to do so. This initiative aims to commemorate the sacrifices and victories of the past, fostering unity and remembrance among nations.
