Kyrgyzstan Public Service Centers to Close Temporarily from May 1-11

Bishkek, April 16, 2025 – The press service of Kyzmat state institution has announced that all Public Service Centers (PSCs) in Kyrgyzstan will be closed from May 1 to May 11, 2025, inclusive, due to the upcoming holidays.

Services will resume on May 12 according to the regular schedule, operating from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a lunch break from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.

To avoid inconvenience during the non-working days, the state institution recommends citizens to take care of necessary document processing and receipt in advance. Online queue booking is available through the Tunduk portal, where a range of e-services are also offered. These services include changing surname, first name, or patronymic, passport replacement, issuance of duplicate civil registry certificates, and obtaining various certificates and other documents.

Citizens are encouraged to make use of remote service options as it is convenient and saves time. For more information and assistance, individuals can contact the center at 119.
