Kyrgyzstan’s Ice Hockey Team Dominates at World Championship
In the latest update from the Ice Hockey World Championship for teams in the Third Division (Group A), Kyrgyzstan’s national team continues to impress with a dominating performance. The team, led by Mamed Seyfulov and Ernazar Isamatov, secured a 5-1 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina in their third match of the tournament.
Seyfulov scored two goals, while Isamatov, Timofey Shirokov, and Abdumalik Sapitov each contributed with a goal of their own. With this latest win, Kyrgyzstan now sits at the top of the tournament table with a perfect record of three wins and nine points.
Previously, the Kyrgyzstanis had defeated Luxembourg with a score of 6-0 and South Africa with a score of 5-2. The team’s next matches are scheduled against Turkmenistan on April 25 and Turkey on April 27.
The championship, taking place in Istanbul from April 21-27, will determine which team will advance to the Second Division (Group B).
