Kyrgyzstani Athletes Shine at Asian Cup Canoe Competition
The Kyrgyz national team had an outstanding performance at the Asian Cup Canoe Competition in Hong Kong, bringing home multiple gold medals.
According to the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Kyrgyzstan, Rodion Tuigunov excelled at the competition, winning gold in the 200, 1,000 meters, and 23 kilometers events. Additionally, Erlan Sultangaziev and Rysbek Tolomushov secured gold in the pair at 1,000 meters and 500 meters.
Erlan Sultangaziev also claimed first place in the 200 meters race, while Rysbek Tolomushov took first in the 1,000 meters event and second in the 200 meters race.
The competition took place from January 10th to 12th, showcasing the talent and strength of the Kyrgyz athletes on the international stage. Congratulations to the national team on their impressive achievements in Hong Kong.
