
Kyrgyzstan’s Deputy Prosecutor General Kuban Adyl uulu dismissed

Kuban Adil uulu has been relieved of his post as Deputy Prosecutor General of Kyrgyzstan, as reported by the presidential press service. The order was signed by President Sadyr Japarov.
This decision comes after the reprimand of Prosecutor General Kurmankul Zulushev and Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision Melis Turgunbaev by the head of state.
In addition to the dismissal of Kuban Adyl uulu from his position, the Prosecutor General has been instructed to reprimand and rotate the heads of key departments within the Prosecutor General’s Office. This includes Mirlan Maitpasov, the head of the Main Directorate for Corruption Control and Supervision over the Execution of Laws, and Avazbek Alikulov, the head of the Department for Supervision of Compliance with the Rights of Entrepreneurs and Laws in the Field of Ecology.
These recent developments mark a significant change within the legal and law enforcement sector in Kyrgyzstan, highlighting the government’s commitment to transparency and accountability.
