Kyrgyzstan’s National Export Program ‘Made in Kyrgyzstan’ Receives Cabinet Approval
On January 4, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved the National Export Program “Made in Kyrgyzstan” for the years 2025-2028. This initiative, signed by Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev, aims to enhance the country’s export potential and boost the competitiveness of domestic products in the global market.
The “Made in KG” project encompasses a series of measures designed to support exporters, improve access to foreign markets, and promote the “Made in Kyrgyzstan” brand. Various government entities, including ministries, departments, regional structures, commercial banks, and development funds, are mandated to implement the action plan and provide quarterly updates on their progress.
This program signifies a commitment to strengthening Kyrgyzstan’s position in international trade and showcasing the quality and innovation of products bearing the “Made in Kyrgyzstan” label. It represents a significant step towards expanding the country’s presence in the global marketplace and creating new opportunities for economic growth and development.
