Kyrgyzstan’s Athletes Win Medals at Asian Weightlifting Championships
Kyrgyzstan’s athletes have made their mark at the Asian Weightlifting Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, according to the website of the International Weightlifting Federation.
Emil Moldodosov, competing in the up to 89 kilograms category, secured a bronze medal with a 352-kilogram lift. Tatyana Melnichenko, in the up to 76 kilograms category, also finished third with a result of 219 kilograms.
