Arrested General Manager of Hotel Speaks Out Following Fire Disaster in Kartalkaya
Aras, the general manager of the hotel in Kartalkaya where a massive fire broke out, has spoken out about the incident. He was arrested in connection to the fire that consumed Grand Kartal Hotel in Bolu. The statements made by Aras during the questioning at the Bolu Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office shed some light on the situation.
Aras, who graduated in IT Systems and started working at Gazelle Hotel in 2012, revealed that he was responsible for handling reservations and computer-related tasks. Despite his title as a general manager, he mentioned that accountants were in charge of conducting inspections at the hotel. He also stated that he was present during the last audit by the Ministry of Tourism, emphasizing that he takes security measures seriously.
