LGS Exam Taking Place Today – Breaking News
Students across Turkey will be taking the High School Transition System exam in person this year, as the exam will be held in schools as usual. With 973 exam centers, 3,891 schools, and 62,663 halls in the country hosting the exam, students will have ample opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge.
In addition to the exam locations within Turkey, there will also be 11 exam centers, 11 schools, and 35 halls abroad where students can take the test. This allows for students living outside the country to participate in the exam as well.
For students facing special circumstances, such as illness or disabilities, accommodations will be made to ensure they can still take the exam. Some students may be able to take the exam at home or in the hospital, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to participate.
The exam itself will consist of two sessions, one verbal portion with 50 questions lasting 75 minutes, and one numerical portion with 40 questions lasting 80 minutes. This format allows students to demonstrate their skills in different subject areas and test their knowledge under time constraints.
After the exam, students can expect to receive their results on June 28. This will give them time to plan for the next steps in their academic journey, whether that be choosing a high school or pursuing further education.
