As a result, necessary warnings were issued to these establishments, and they were given a grace period to rectify the shortcomings.

According to a statement released by LTB, the inspections covered various aspects such as licenses and permits of the workplaces, employees’ health report cards, and overall hygiene standards. The supervised workplaces included two beauty salons, six markets, one food storage facility, two student dormitories, two classrooms, eight auto galleries, six restaurants, and 17 cafes/bars. The statement also mentioned that the inspections will be ongoing to ensure compliance with regulations.

Workplaces were reminded to renew their licenses and permits, complete their health report cards, and adhere strictly to hygiene conditions. It is essential for businesses to prioritize health and safety standards to create a safe environment for both employees and customers. The cooperation of all establishments is crucial in maintaining a healthy and hygienic workplace environment.
