Rize Provincial Police Department Cracks Down on Alcohol Control Violation
Rize Provincial Police Department recently made a significant move in the fight against alcohol-related violations. During an alcohol control operation as part of the Alipasa application, a vehicle belonging to H.Y. was stopped and inspected.
The police teams discovered a megaphone-lighter system in the vehicle during the inspection. As a result of this violation, the vehicle was banned from traffic for a period of 30 days.
Furthermore, the driver of the vehicle and the company to which the car was registered faced hefty fines. A total of 138,172 pounds from the driver and 276,344 pounds from the company were deducted as penalties.
In addition to the financial penalties, the driver’s license was temporarily suspended. The company was also slapped with an administrative fine ranging from 18,677 pounds to 37,354 pounds for their involvement in the violation.
