Mathias Corvinus Collegium from Hungary expands to Slovakia.

Hungary’s largest multidisciplinary college, Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC), is launching a unique education program in Dunajská Streda (Dunaszerdahely), southern Slovakia, starting this autumn. MCC’s Young Talent Program (FIT) for primary school students is now accepting applications from Hungarian-speaking Slovakian students who will start their fifth year of primary school in September. The program offers world-class, in-school, free education for the most talented primary and secondary school students in Hungary. The FIT program for primary school children provides an environment for inquisitive, open-minded, brave, and determined children who want to develop their talents. The courses are held in the Hungarian language and take place every second Saturday, providing eight sessions per semester. MCC’s High School Program is designed to complement the high school curriculum, helping students from the Hungarian minority choose a career, prepare them for success in further education, and support them in planning a longer-term career path. The program offers scholarships, trips abroad, language learning, and customizable online courses and will introduce high school students in Dunaszerdahely to the most prominent personalities in Hungarian public life for on-the-spot sessions.
