Minibus Crash in Nevşehir: 7 Workers Injured
Driver Injured, Truck Flees the Scene in Nevşehir Traffic Accident
On the busy Nevşehir-Gülşehir highway, a minibus driver named Yunus Y. found himself in a precarious situation. In an attempt to avoid colliding with a maneuvering truck in front of him, Yunus Y. ended up hitting the median. Unfortunately, the truck did not stop at the scene and instead made a speedy escape.
As a result of the accident, not only was Yunus Y. injured, but also six agricultural workers who were passengers in the minibus. The severity of their injuries has yet to be disclosed.
Authorities were promptly alerted about the incident, leading to the dispatch of health and police teams to the crash site. The injured individuals were rushed to Nevşehir State Hospital for medical treatment, while the police initiated an operation to track down and apprehend the truck driver responsible for the accident. At the moment, the license plate of the escaping truck remains unknown.
