Minister Akar comments on potential wait times in grain aisle in Turkey

The Minister of National Defense, Hulusi Akar, has announced that a meeting with the participation of three countries will be taking place in Istanbul on May 5th. Speaking in Kayseri, Akar revealed that he had a bilateral meeting with Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu in Moscow. He also met with Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Kubrakov in Kayseri.

“We can say that the parties are willing to extend the deadline. Our wish is to extend this initiative without any problems,” Akar stated. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the extension of an initiative among the countries involved.

This news comes as a surprise, as tensions between these nations have been high in recent years. However, it appears as though there is a willingness to work together to find a solution. Whether this meeting will lead to any concrete outcomes remains to be seen, but it is certainly a positive sign that the countries involved are willing to engage in dialogue.

All eyes will be on Istanbul on May 5th to see what progress, if any, will be made during this meeting. Until then, observers will be watching the situation closely to see how it develops.
