Türkiye Aims for Top Tourism Spot, Minister Shares Ambitious Goals
In a recent address, Türkiye’s Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy highlighted the nation’s rising prominence in the global tourism industry, stating that Türkiye is poised to rank among the top four tourism economies by the end of 2024. “To foster trade and tourism, we must eliminate artificial barriers and enhance our air bridges,” Ersoy said. He called for cooperation among leaders to facilitate easier and more frequent travel, thereby strengthening economic ties.
