Minister Göktaş Visits Families of Victims in Istanbul
Minister Göktaş recently paid a condolence visit to the families of Ayşenur Halil and İkbal Uzuner, who were tragically killed by Semih Çelik in a series of violent incidents in Istanbul. The perpetrator ultimately committed suicide after these acts of violence.
