“Missing Person Found in Kastamonu After 14 Days”
A missing tourist who was part of a group visiting Kastamonu in Turkey has been found safe and sound. The tourist, identified as Hüseyin Ali, went missing after the group visited Ilgarini Cave on April 30. Reportedly, Ali had lost contact with his fellow travelers, and a search operation was launched to locate him. Fortunately, he was located by a villager, Esma Duzla, who found him at her house in Kazla Mahallesi of Sümenler village in Pınarbaşı district.
Upon learning of the situation, Pınarbaşı Mayor Şenol Yaşar dispatched a health team to the village, who transported Ali to Pınarbaşı State Hospital. Fortunately, Ali was found to be in good health and was treated at the hospital.
The group of tourists, mostly from Istanbul, had traveled to Kastamonu to explore the city and its many attractions. It is not clear how Ali became separated from the group, but the incident serves as a reminder to travelers to be vigilant and stay with their groups when traveling to unfamiliar places.
