Bishkek – Kyrgyzhydromet has issued a warning regarding imminent deteriorating weather conditions expected from May 1 to May 3. The forecasts indicate that unstable weather and localized heavy rains could trigger mudflows in mountainous and foothill regions across the country.
In addition to the potential for mudflows, rising water levels in rivers are anticipated, posing further risks to safety in affected areas.
Authorities are strongly urging citizens to exercise caution during this period. Residents are advised to refrain from traveling to mountainous regions and to adhere to guidance provided by emergency services.
