A foreigner wanted by Interpol for murder has been apprehended in the city of Bishkek, according to reports from the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCNS).
The suspect, identified as A.R.A., aged 34, was the subject of a Red Notice issued by Interpol following the brutal murder of a married couple in Balkhash, Kazakhstan, back in October 2018.
