Murderer Kills Family in Bursa – Latest News from Turkey
A 19-year-old suspect, identified as AY, has been arrested after a horrific incident in which he allegedly killed his father, mother, and brother following an argument that turned violent.
The tragic event took place in a house on 2nd Vakıf Street in the Hamitler District. The suspect reportedly argued with his 64-year-old father, SY, for reasons that are currently unknown. The argument escalated into a physical fight, during which the suspect allegedly used a knife and a shotgun to kill his father, as well as his 55-year-old mother, ZY, and his 15-year-old brother, M.Y, who attempted to intervene.
Following the incident, authorities were alerted and dispatched a large number of police and medical teams to the scene. The suspect was apprehended by police at the scene, reportedly still holding a knife.
After the necessary investigations by the prosecutor’s office, the bodies of the victims were taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute.
The suspect is currently in police custody as the investigation into the tragic events continues. The motive behind the violent outburst is still being explored by authorities.
