
Napoli’s Victor Osimhen Named African Football Player of the Year

Napoli’s Osimhen and Barcelona’s Oshoala named African Footballers of the Year
In a recent announcement made on the social media accounts of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), it was revealed that Victor Osimhen and Asisat Oshoala have been named the African male and female footballers of the year, respectively.
The award ceremony took place in Marrakesh, Morocco, and saw Osimhen, a 24-year-old player for Italy’s Napoli team, clinch the title of African male football player of the year. Osimhen has been in top form for Napoli, and his exceptional performances have not gone unnoticed.
