National archer Mete Gazoz reveals future ambition – Last Minute Sports Update
National archer Mete Gazoz recently participated in the “Southern Career Fair” hosted by Akdeniz University with the support of the Presidential Human Resources Office and 12 universities. During the event, he shared his insights and experiences with university students.
In his speech, Mete Gazoz revealed that the key to his success lies in three important factors, with discipline being the first and foremost. He emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline even when motivation is low, as it is discipline that leads to success. Gazoz stated, “No matter how bad your morale is, you have to do whatever you have to do that day. Discipline is number one.”
Additionally, Gazoz highlighted the significance of pursuing a job that one truly loves, as it allows individuals to overcome obstacles with ease. He also emphasized the importance of having a supportive team, as some achievements are not possible without collaboration and support.
Furthermore, Gazoz discussed the meticulous approach he and his team take towards training and preparation. He mentioned the importance of collecting data on various aspects of their performance, from training routines to physical condition. By analyzing this data, they are able to approach competitions more realistically and make informed decisions.
When asked about his future plans, Mete Gazoz mentioned that he has no intention of becoming a coach in the future. Instead, he expressed his desire to either pursue a life of leisure or aspire to become the President of the International Olympic Committee.
