National Team Climbs FIFA Rankings
Turkey’s National Football Team has received a boost in the latest FIFA world rankings, climbing two places to 35th. The International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) released the February rankings, placing Turkey with 1505.28 points. This news comes as Turkey prepares to participate in the 2024 European Championship (EURO 2024).
In EURO 2024 Group F, Turkey’s rivals Portugal ranked 7th, while Czechia secured the 40th spot.
Meanwhile, Argentina continues to hold the top spot in the rankings, with no changes in the top 10 list. The next FIFA world rankings are set to be announced on April 4, 2024.
