JSC Regional Electric Networks has successfully implemented the new HET Billing software complex, allowing consumers to monitor their electricity consumption and make online payments through their personal accounts. The updated system provides users with access to information such as daily electricity consumption, payment details, and other relevant data online.
The implementation of the new system marks a significant step towards modernizing the monitoring and payment process for electricity consumption. Consumers can now easily track their usage and make payments conveniently from the comfort of their own homes.
Earlier, the company had announced that there might be technical disruptions in online payment services and accessing information in personal accounts from July 31 to August 5 due to the launch of the new billing software complex. However, the delay in implementing the system was necessary to ensure a smooth transition and phased launch of the updated system.
