
New Residential Complex Under Construction in Ashgabat Gurtly Massif

Construction of 46 Residential Buildings Begins in Gurtly
In the Gurtly residential area in the western part of Ashgabat, the construction of 46 new residential buildings has begun. These buildings will consist of four floors, with thirty of them designed to accommodate 40 apartments each, and sixteen buildings designed for 68 apartments each. This construction will result in a total of 2,288 new apartments for the area.
In addition to the residential buildings, plans have been made for the construction of a secondary school with 720 seats and a kindergarten with 320 seats. Furthermore, a park, highways, and engineering and technical systems will also be developed in the area.
The decree for the construction of these facilities was signed by the President of Turkmenistan during a Cabinet meeting on Friday, November 10, as reported by the national news service. Deputy Prime Minister Baymyrat Annamammedov has been instructed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to personally oversee the construction of the new residential complex.
This initiative is a significant step towards the development and expansion of the Gurtly residential area, providing additional housing as well as educational and recreational facilities for its residents.
