The first baby of the new year has arrived in Hatay! Baby Muhammet Talha was born in the early hours of 2024, making him the first baby of the year. The Minister of Health, Fahrettin Koca, took to social media to share a video of the adorable newborn, extending his congratulations to the proud parents, Fethiye and Adem. Minister Koca expressed his well wishes for baby Muhammet Talha, hoping that he will grow up to be a good child for the country and for humanity, and that he will have many happy new years ahead.
But the celebration doesn’t end there! In Adana, at the City Training and Research Hospital, 26-year-old Ayşe Çelik and her husband Emrah welcomed their own bundle of joy. Their baby girl, named ‘Masal’, was born via cesarean section, weighing 3.6 kilograms. Ayşe expressed her happiness and gratitude for the care she received at the hospital, saying, “I am very happy, very excited. I was very pleased with the City Hospital, they took care of me. May God bless them all.”
