However, due to the cat’s health issues related to its weight, Nuhoğlu and other tradesmen have been advised to avoid feeding Dombili rich dishes like fish, chicken, or meatballs. Instead, it is recommended that the cat be fed dry food and water for better health.
Nuhoğlu has been caring for Dombili for about 4 years now and has noticed a change in the cat’s behavior. Initially more aggressive, Dombili has become gentler and more approachable thanks to the kindness of customers and locals.
Despite warnings from veterinarians like Uğur Cem Tahmaz, who is responsible for Dombili’s care and treatment, some individuals still insist on feeding the cat. Tahmaz emphasizes the importance of not giving the cat extra food from outside sources to maintain its health.
