HSK decisions published in the Official Gazette
The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has released its decisions, including the name lists of judicial judges, the Chief Public Prosecutor, and Prosecutors of the Judicial Judiciary. The Council also published the lists of those who completed their term of office at various levels.
According to the HSK decisions, the lists include judicial and administrative judiciary judges, prosecutors, and prosecutors of the Republican judiciary who underwent the first-class examination for the first time by December 31, 2024.
Individuals who have completed their term but do not find their names on the list have the opportunity to address their situation by applying to the HSK within 30 days of the publication date.
Furthermore, the HSK published a list of judicial judges, chief prosecutors, prosecutors, and administrative judges of the judiciary who were deemed suitable for promotion by the end of December 2024.
