
Omer Celik condemns CHP for disrespecting TAF’s command delegation – Turkish news outlet reports

AK Party spokesman Omer Celik responded to the criticism by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republican People’s Party Chairman Ozgur Ozel, who had commented on the Turkish Armed Forces.
During a speech, CHP leader Ozgur Ozgun had made remarks regarding the removal of five colonels from the TSK and criticized President Erdogan as the Commander-in-Chief. In response, President Erdogan made it clear that such words would not be tolerated.
Steel, a spokesperson for the AK Party, stated that CHP leaders were showing a lack of respect towards the command committee of the Turkish Armed Forces. He urged CHP executives to consider their own political history before criticizing the President.
