Onur Bulut’s transfer to Beşiktaş approved after Kayserispor’s objection – Latest Sports Update

Onur Bulut’s Appeal Accepted by TFF Arbitration Board
The football player of Mondihome Kayserispor, Onur Bulut, has had his appeal accepted by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Arbitration Board regarding the decision made by the Dispute Resolution Board (DRC) on his transfer to Beşiktaş.
In a recent statement by the yellow-red club, it was disclosed that the TFF Arbitration Board thoroughly examined Kayserispor’s objection to the DRC’s decision concerning the dispute over Onur Bulut’s transfer. The board unanimously decided to annul the UÇK decision due to incomplete review and sent the file back to the UÇK, considering the dual jurisdiction system.
To provide a bit of context, Kayserispor had signed a three-year contract with Onur Bulut on February 6, 2023. However, just two days later, on February 8, 2023, Beşiktaş made an announcement stating that they have included the player in their squad.
Kayserispor took the matter to the UCK, but Beşiktaş was initially found to be in the right during the transfer process.
This recent development indicates that Onur Bulut’s appeal to the TFF Arbitration Board has been successful in challenging the previous decision made by the DRC. The case will now be revisited by the UÇK, ensuring a more comprehensive assessment of the transfer dispute.
Both clubs, as well as football fans, will be eagerly anticipating the final decision to be made by the UÇK regarding Onur Bulut’s transfer.
