Orlovka Regains Control of Plant Sector

State Regains Ownership of Workshop Illegally Privatized for 100 soms
A workshop belonging to a chemical and metallurgical plant in the Kemin district of the Chui region has been returned to state ownership, as reported by the press center of the State Committee for National Security.
The workshop, located in Orlovka, was illegally privatized in 2022 by Taler-San LLC for a measly sum of 100 soms. The workshop spans an area of 6,066 square meters, with an adjacent territory of 2 hectares, all of which has now been voluntarily transferred back to the city, the state committee noted.
This move comes as a victory for the state in reclaiming its assets and ensuring transparency and legality in business dealings. The importance of upholding proper ownership rights and preventing unlawful privatization practices cannot be understated.
The incident serves as a reminder of the need for vigilance and oversight to prevent similar occurrences in the future. The state’s commitment to protecting its resources and maintaining fair practices in the business sector is paramount for the continued growth and development of the region.
