Osh City to Replace Old Playgrounds with 200 New Ones

Today, the city of Osh in Kyrgyzstan is set to see a transformation with the construction of at least 200 new playgrounds to replace the old ones. The decision was announced by the press service of the City Hall, which revealed that suitable locations for the new playgrounds have already been identified within the city.

A working commission comprising officials from the municipality and representatives from contracting organizations collaborated to select the sites for the new playgrounds, taking into consideration feedback and requests from the local community.

At the initial stage of the project, 50 sets of equipment have been planned for delivery, with installation work already commencing in Anar, Toloikon, and Kulatov microdistricts. This marks the beginning of a significant effort to revamp the recreational spaces available for the residents of Osh.

The construction of the playgrounds is scheduled to kick off in the Kurmanjan Datka municipal territorial administration area, indicating a proactive approach by the city authorities to enhance the quality of life for its citizens.
