Safe City project to be fully operational in Osh city
The Safe City project in Osh city is set to be fully operational on September 16, according to a report from the press service of the Osh City Hall.
The project involves the installation of cameras that will be used to detect and fine drivers for various traffic violations, including speeding, driving into the oncoming traffic lane, stopping at pedestrian crossings and sidewalks, failure to fasten seat belts, failure to let pedestrians pass, and failure to obey road signs.
Notifications of fines for these violations will be delivered within a month of the violation taking place.
