Azerbaijan Pays Tribute to National Leaders and Martyrs: Pakistani Minister Visits Baku
Baku, July 4 – The Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Sajid Hussain Turi, led a delegation on an official visit to Azerbaijan. As a gesture of respect, the delegation visited the Alley of Honors, where they laid flowers at the tomb of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
Heydar Aliyev, known as the architect of modern Azerbaijan, played a significant role in the country’s development as both the President of Azerbaijan and the Secretary-General of the New Azerbaijan Party. Paying homage to Aliyev signifies the strong bilateral ties between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
