Pakistan’s Response to Iran’s Attack: Exploring All Options

Pakistan Condemns Iran’s Attack on Border Town
Pakistani intelligence sources have reported that Iran claimed to have carried out an attack on a militant group named Jayshul Adl in the border town of Panjgur. However, Tehran argued that it had actually targeted innocent children. The attack took place last night, and Pakistan did not react hastily to the incident. Instead, it referred to its response to India in Balakot in February 2019, indicating that Islamabad is adept at responding to such situations.
According to the sources, an urgent meeting on the issue is currently taking place, with all options on the table in response to Iran’s attack. The sources emphasized that Pakistan is aware of the regional situation and assessed that Iran’s actions are intended to remain on the agenda at a time when it cannot make a significant contribution to ending the crisis in Gaza.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan issued a statement yesterday strongly condemning Iran’s unprovoked violation of the country’s airspace. The statement reported that two children lost their lives and three girls were injured in the attack. It also emphasized that such a violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty is unacceptable and could have serious consequences.
The situation is ongoing, and Pakistan continues to assess its response to Iran’s attack on the border town. The international community will be closely watching as tensions between the two neighboring countries escalate.
