Police Capture Orchard House Mice After 10 Days of Work
Vineyard house thieves caught by police after 10-day investigation
The Talas District Police Department Crime Prevention and Investigation Bureau recently launched an investigation after a series of thefts occurred at three different vineyard houses in the Harman District of Talas district. Through thorough examination of security camera footage over a 10-day period, authorities were able to identify the culprits as OA (49) and EK (30), who had arrived at the houses in a commercial taxi and a vehicle with no license plate. The thieves made off with antiques, combi boilers, televisions, and various household items totaling 1 million TL in value.
Following a successful operation, law enforcement officials apprehended the suspects and brought them in for questioning. Subsequently, the individuals were transferred to the courthouse and ultimately sentenced to imprisonment for their crimes.
Additionally, the theft incidents were captured on security cameras, providing further evidence of the criminals’ activities. The swift action taken by the authorities highlights the importance of surveillance measures in crime prevention and detection.
