
Polish Muslim Union Eyes Partnership with Uzbekistan

The Ambassador of Uzbekistan, Amirsaid Agzamkhodjayev, recently met with the Chairman of the Union of Muslims of Poland, Mufti Tomasz Miskevich, in a bilateral meeting aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, the Uzbek side provided detailed information on the development of the religious sphere in Uzbekistan, highlighting the rich spiritual heritage of the Uzbek people and the measures taken in the country to ensure interethnic and religious tolerance. Additionally, the Polish side was introduced to the possibilities of winter tourism in Uzbekistan.
Discussions during the meeting also centered around the prospects for establishing cooperation between spiritual organizations of both countries. As a result, agreements were reached on establishing an exchange of delegations of representatives from the spiritual sphere of Uzbekistan and Poland, as well as cooperation in promoting “ziyorat tourism” to Uzbekistan in Poland.
This meeting marks an important step towards enhancing cultural and spiritual ties between Uzbekistan and Poland, and opens up new avenues for collaboration in the religious and tourism sectors. With both countries emphasizing the importance of mutual understanding and cooperation, the future looks bright for further partnerships between the two nations.
