President Aliyev and First Lady Attend Groundbreaking for Administrative Center in Tugh Village
President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the laying of the foundation stone ceremony for the Administrative Center in the village of Tugh in the Khovajand district on May 5. Emin Huseynov, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region (excluding the Shusha district), briefed the President and First Lady on the buildings that will be constructed in the public and administrative center of the Tugh village during the initial stage. The administrative zone will cover an area of 1.63 hectares and include a two-story administrative building, community club, cultural centers, and a restaurant. The construction and restoration of the administrative center will conclude in March of 2024. The President laid the foundation stone for this Administrative Center.
