Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva recently attended a ceremony to lay the foundation stone for the Administrative Center in the village of Tugh in the Khovajand district. Emin Huseynov, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region (except Shusha district), briefed the President and First Lady on the buildings planned for the Public and Administrative Center in Tugh village at the initial stage of construction.
At an area of 1.63 hectares, a two-storey administrative building, community club, cultural centers, and a restaurant will be built in the administrative zone. The construction and restoration works in the administrative center are set to be completed by March 2024. The head of state laid the foundation stone for the Administrative Center.
This project is another step towards the restoration and development of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. It will provide essential facilities and services to the people who will settle in the area, making their lives easier and more comfortable.
