President Erdoğan’s Last-Minute Birthday Surprise
The AK Party Headquarters Central Decision Executive Board (MKYK) recently held a meeting to celebrate the 71st birthday of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. During the meeting, AK Party Youth Branches presented President Erdoğan with a basketball ball as a birthday gift.
In a post on his social media account, AK Party Youth Branch President Yusuf Ibiş shared the moment, quoting Erdoğan as saying, “We have a lot of rain to get wet together.” The gesture was symbolic of unity and solidarity within the party.
Fahrettin Altun, President of the Presidency Communication, also commemorated Erdoğan’s birthday with a video message. Altun highlighted the love, dedication, and support of the nation towards Erdoğan, and emphasized the importance of moving forward together despite any obstacles.
AK Party spokesman Omer Celik praised Erdoğan for his unwavering defense of political and humanitarian principles. Celik acknowledged Erdoğan’s commitment to upholding these values in the face of challenges, and wished him a fertile and healthy age.
