President Mirziyoyev to Meet with Entrepreneurs in Karakalpakstan
The annual open dialogue between President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and entrepreneurs will take place in Karakalpakstan this year, as per the resolution issued by the head of state on May 30.
The document states, “Please note that an open dialogue between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and entrepreneurs in 2024 will be held in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.”
The Republican Commission for Organizing Open Dialogue has been tasked with submitting a draft decision on the implementation of tasks identified during the meetings to the Presidential Administration within three days after the event. Proposals for the location and date of the event must be submitted to the administration annually before July 15.
According to the resolution, the republican headquarters will organize round-the-clock reception of requests from entrepreneurs and forward them to expert groups and regional working groups.
Last year, Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with entrepreneurs on August 18. This annual event serves as a platform for open communication and collaboration between the President and entrepreneurs to address key issues facing the business community in Uzbekistan.
