President Ersin Tatar Visits Presidential Campus Under Construction
President Ersin Tatar recently visited the Presidential Campus, currently under construction, where he received information about the progress of the work from the contractor company officials. The visit was also attended by the Presidential Department Director Osman Çağakan and the Presidential Local Administrations Advisor İlker Edip.
Describing the project as magnificent, President Tatar expressed his admiration for the Presidency, Republican Assembly, National Garden, and Mosque Project being carried out in the Metehan region with the support of the Republic of Turkey. He highlighted the importance of creating a large campus where people can engage in social activities and mentioned the significance of providing areas for walking, recreation, and socializing while carrying out state affairs.
Despite facing challenges such as the slowdown in work due to the earthquake in Turkey on February 6, President Tatar emphasized that the project has overcome these hurdles and is now progressing at an accelerated pace. He assured that efforts are being made to complete the project on schedule and open it for public use.
President Tatar expressed his gratitude to all those involved in the construction of the campus and conveyed his confidence that the completed campus will bring prosperity to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
