President vows to protect entrepreneurs with inspection moratorium

Kyrgyzstan’s President Calls for End to Unfounded Inspections on Small and Medium-Sized Businesses
In a recent post on Facebook, Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov urged representatives of small and medium-sized businesses to report any unfounded inspections to him. The President also announced that he had signed a decree imposing a temporary ban on inspections of entrepreneurs.
According to the decree, government agencies are prohibited from carrying out inspections of business entities and businesses until December 31 of this year, with the exception of enterprises against which a criminal case has been initiated. The measure aims to ensure the economic sustainability of entrepreneurs and provide support to businesses.
President Japarov assured that if representatives of government agencies conduct inspections without any reason or evidence of an economic crime committed, affected businesses could reach out to him through the Executive Office. He also promised that measures would be taken in such cases.
This move comes as a response to the President’s commitment to supporting small and medium-sized businesses and addressing concerns about unwarranted inspections. It is expected to provide relief to entrepreneurs and contribute to the overall economic stability of the country.
