The Department of Primary Education emerged as the champion in the 13th edition of the “Hasan Ramadan Cemil Inter-State Departments Astroturf Football Tournament.” The highly anticipated tournament concluded with the third-place and final matches held at the Göçmenköy Arslan Bıçaklı AstroTurf Field.
