
Prime Minister Visits Pınarbaşı Field – BRTK

Prime Minister Ünal Üstel of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus continues to emphasize the importance of investing in sports infrastructure and facilities for the benefit of the public. During a recent visit to Pınarbaşı, Prime Minister Üstel inspected the newly completed football field and expressed his government’s commitment to improving access to sports facilities, especially for young people living in rural areas.
Accompanied by Hüseyin Cahitoğlu, Undersecretary of the Prime Ministry responsible for Sports, Prime Minister Üstel reiterated the government’s goal to provide more sports facilities and opportunities for the youth. He highlighted the government’s efforts in renovating sports facilities and making them accessible to the public, with plans for further improvements in the coming period.
Undersecretary Cahitoğlu also shared details about the ongoing work at the Pınarbaşı field, including plans to plant grass within ten days and increase the number of grass fields, particularly in village areas. This initiative is in line with the government’s commitment to renew sports facilities and make them available to the public.
The local residents of Pınarbaşı expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister Üstel for the investment made in the field, reflecting the positive impact of government initiatives in promoting sports and recreational activities in the community.
