Processing of 549,262 Vehicles and Drivers in the Past Week
The Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya has revealed that a total of 2 million 835 thousand 873 vehicles were thoroughly inspected in traffic checks conducted over the past week. Out of these, 459 thousand 262 vehicles and drivers were found to be in violation of traffic regulations, leading to enforcement actions being taken against them.
These inspections are part of the government’s ongoing efforts to ensure road safety and minimize accidents on the streets. By cracking down on those who disregard traffic laws, the authorities aim to protect the lives of all road users and create a safer environment for everyone.
