Cultural and Humanitarian Ties Strengthen Relationship Between Russia and Kyrgyzstan
Bishkek – 10:24, 21 October 2024 – The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, emphasized the importance of cultural and humanitarian ties in the partnership between Russia and Kyrgyzstan during the opening ceremony of the Days of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation. The event took place at the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow.
Putin highlighted the strong strategic partnership and alliance between the two countries, noting their cooperation within international structures such as the Eurasian Economic Union, CIS, CSTO, SCO, among others. He also acknowledged Russia as one of Kyrgyzstan’s key trade partners.
The President stated, “One of the most important components of the Russian-Kyrgyz partnership are cultural and humanitarian ties, which contribute to strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples.” He extended his congratulations to the participants of the ceremony and expressed well wishes for the prosperity and well-being of the Kyrgyz people.
